As a means of assuring that your operable wall continues to function optimally and increase the life of the product, VerHalen as instituted a Kwik-Wall Maintenace Program.
This program provides you with a certified technician who will conduct a detailed examination of your Kwik-Wall in order to gauge its condition and evaluate its performance.

- Each service call includes a written checklist of work performed, along with recommendations for any needed repairs or product replacement
Program Checklist
- Track system inspection
- Carrier adjustment
- Plumbing of all panels (ensuring all edges meet straight)
- Check all connection points
- Straightening small bends in end-caps
- Cleaning of track
- Lubricating instersection joints
- Check operation of operable bottom seals and perform necessary adjustments to adjustable bottom seals
- Make a complete operation check of all pass doors, pocket doors and expander panels as necessary
- Realign or adjust the fit of all acoustic seals
- Advise of any necessary repairs and submit and estimate

- Member benefits begin with your first scheduled service call
- You pay only for the labor used to perform the preventative maintenance work along with any repair parts that are used per your authorization
